My issues are structural...re...Yes, I do have TMJ. My issues are structural...related to the small size of my jaws and a recessed lower jaw. Dentists over the years tinkered with it, but to no avail. I recommend seeing a good functional orthodontist. I have braces now and will have jaw surgery next year to fix the small recessed jaw.<br /><br />Also, what helped me the most was the soft diet (nothing harder than fish...no nuts, etc.).
